We want every purchase from iFragrance HK to be a confident and delightful experience. If you have concerns about your order, our return policy is as follows:

退貨條件 Conditions for Return

  • 商品必須保持全新、未開封及未使用狀態。

  • 退貨申請須於收貨後 3 天內提出。

  • 僅接受因產品損壞、錯誤寄送或品質問題而提出的退貨申請。

  • Items must be in brand-new, unopened, and unused condition.

  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the item.

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged goods, incorrect items, or quality issues.

退貨流程

  1. 請透過電郵 (info@ifragrancehk.com) 或 WhatsApp (+852 9538 7241) 聯絡我們，並提供訂單編號及問題詳情。

  2. 我們將於 2-3 個工作天內回覆並安排退貨事宜。

  3. 經確認後，請將商品寄回指定地址（運費由買家承擔，除非商品有問題）。

Return Procedure

  1. Contact us via email (info@ifragrancehk.com) or WhatsApp (+852 9538 7241) with your order number and issue details.

  2. We will respond within 2-3 business days to arrange the return.

  3. Once approved, please return the item to our designated address (shipping cost borne by customer unless item is faulty).

  • 已開封或使用的商品恕不接受退貨。

  • 我們保留最終退貨決定權。

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned.

  • We reserve the right to make the final decision on all return requests.
